One more thing, in your outro right before it when you talked about dropping the stick and spending 30 minutes looking for it I did that actually the night of my first crash and it bounced off my toe and landed with a couple inches of my foot and it still took me 15 minutes to find it with the flashlight on my cell phone and the grass was maybe half an inch tall so I absolutely died. I will come to your defense with the wind anything over about 8 miles an hour gusting 12 to 15 does have a dramatic effect on manual mode but I am a relatively new pilot. This is my first drone and I absolutely love it to pieces and I’ve probably got, a dozen batteries or less and my 10 year old son has probably flown half a dozen batteries or less but I’ve had one crash. It was dark and windy and I did put a crack in the propeller guard so I apparently stuck it pretty hard going backwards upside down it occurred to the wind , and then my experience did not help it recover and I tried to hit the break. Made it flip over just as it impacted the ground but amazing drone and thank you for the video.

While watching this video, I thought that DJI AVATA is very suitable even for FPV beginners. And DJI AVATA provides a detailed explanation of FPV, and especially the video of DJI AVATA chasing another AVATA was like watching a movie. Thank you for the really great explanation.

Ah!!! [Ready Set Drone], I also have Avatar 1, and through this video, I first learned how to set EIS > HorizonSteady in Settings > Camera. I've always worried a lot about how much shaking there is when flying at low speeds, and thanks to you today, I was able to learn a lot. In particular, I think the video shot while flying inside the cafe was the best, and I also really appreciated the various example videos about turning off EIS, RockSteady mode, and HorizonSteady mode.

totally i have one still, pro plus though with low noise props. Theres no way i land it in sand or dusty terrian like when out fishing. Also its better in the often stronger coastal winds and can safetly deal with 800gms lift. i'm getting a mini 4 pro for its weight (249gms) and ease of portability.Thanks for your thoughts even several years later.

The laws need to change. 80 pounds isn’t a bicycle. A sensible limit for an e-bike to have bicycle rights would be 40 pounds (60 for tandems).

Nothing that heavy should be on a shared use path with pedestrians and actual bicycles. Same for mountain bike trails. People ride trails to get away from motor vehicles and that thing is a motorcycle with afterthought pedals.

From what you have seen from this drone how do you feel about the durability? I have an air 3 looking to get into basic fpv but want to make sure if I do crash it’s okay
